  Super friendly and professional staff. Housekeeping was always great and flexible with my schedule. Nice clean rooms- a home away from home for a job that has lasted 6 months! Also walking distance to many interesting locations and businesses.

  The staff here is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and super helpful. They did everything possible to ensure a happy stay. I was here for a week to attend a festival downtown. This place is 5 minutes from stadium and park . 95 is maybe quarter mile away . If you don't like expressways main roads to food and shopping in more suburban setting is also only a couple miles away. Although there is food and a park and gas station/mart in walking distance too It was extremely convenient for pretty much any need you can think of. The room was clean and the housekeepers really nice too! I'm glad I didn't pay attention to the negative reviews, because I have no idea what they're talking about. There's no bugs that I saw. No sketchy people. I felt completely safe Other than some new carpet and bed spread, this place is great . I would most definitely stay here again!

  The rooms are clean, however, the hotel staff seems untrained. Also some of the amenities and equipment seem ikd and run down. The elevator broke during my stay.

  This hotel is dedicated to providing it's guest a comfortable, restful, and satisfying stay. At check-in you can view your room to ensure it fits your preference. The front desk manager gives a personal call to ensure your expectations are met. Housekeeping maintains rooms at a cleaning standard without exception. The area is safe and access to the highway is great. Please stay here they will make you happy at any cost.

  I've been staying at this property for several months as my team completes a nearby project. We use extended stays all over the country and I can say this property goes above and beyond. The staff makes you feel warm and welcomed. The coffee station is 24/7. Any maintenance issue I've had has been handled within the hour. I've stayed in two rooms here and both have been clean and comfortable. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby. I definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay around downtown Jacksonville.
