  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... The hotel is great and the staff is better than great. The hotel is clean, stylish and comfortable, very important qualities for those who travel often. All of the staff, spanning various departments are kind, courteous, personable, just extremely pleasant and thoughtful. I've stayed here many times and do not often interact with the same staff, however, they all exude the qualities mentioned above

  Very nice hotel, everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. The room was larger than I anticipated. The hotel was conveniently located right in the heart of the city and a quick walk from anything downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here anytime I’m in the area.

  From the arrival to the departure, the staff were always on point. The valet, bell hop, front desk, room service, restaurant staff were all cheerful and accommodating. The staff listens carefully to your requests and they get the responses right the first time. I wanted a nice quiet relaxing room where I could rest without hearing the outside world and that is exactly what I received. I left well rested after an enjoyable stay. After comparing several different hotel options, for the value this was the best pick. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

  I recommend this hotel often when I pick up clients from the airport and overall they are rather satisfied. However, they don’t seem to like the attitudes of some of the valet crew. Many of my clients wish that they would greet them or offer assistance while they are entering the building with luggage. Plus I have witness one member of the valet crew get a little snappy with shuttle drivers when they are trying to leave the location.
