  Wonderful hotel in a great location. The service is efficient and cheerful. All of the staff seem to be very proud of this fine old building. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, and a 'happy hour' can easily be a dinner substitute. The prices are reasonable - save for parking which is stiff. They have rooms for those with access issues - the rooms have dual peep holes in the doors for those in wheelchairs. We will be back for certain.

  The staff here is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The hotel itself is a grand, old building that was once a bank. (The vaults in the basement are both impressive and fascinating to check out up close.) It has an beautiful pool area that also features a whirlpool/hot tub. The rooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfortable. The breakfast spread has a bit of something for everyone in the morning. The bar downstairs is open in the evening with light fare and a decent selection of things to drink. This is a place that I both recommend to others when they visit and look forward to returning to.

  Pretty good location for walking to hot-spots downtown and offices. The hotel is nice and clean. I really enjoy the complimentary breakfast and happy hour. The staff is very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the area. The shower is a stall, not the stupid shower/tub combo. Again, crappy, cheap toilet paper. The room stays hot, little temperature fluctuation. I turned the thermostat down to 66°, but after 18 hours it held steady at 69°.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This place is awesome. Clean and a ton of amenities! They are in a great location. They have this 530 kick back deal where you get a free alcoholic drink every day. The have great free breakfast and free dinner from 530 to 7 pm. This food is good and it's not some cheap crappy food. Plus all the employees are really helpful and nice. Just an all around awesome hotel chain that other hotel companies should aspire to be like.
