  Great service. Very chaotic. Every time I've been here the staff have been great, but its always difficult at registration, the restaurant and bar are always full (and no other great options nearby) and its just plain rowdy. Rooms are nice - good size and well maintained. I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for the chaos. It really takes away from the quality of the property.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This hotel is amazing! The front desk staff is so accommodating and nice. The bed was one of the best beds I've ever slept on. The pool and fitness center was perfect, my kids swam for 6 hours on Saturday and they loved every minute of it. We will definitely be back again!

  This hotel is amazing! The front desk staff is so accommodating and nice. The bed was one of the best beds I've ever slept on. The pool and fitness center was perfect, my kids swam for 6 hours on Saturday and they loved every minute of it. We will definitely be back again!

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... The meeting rooms were at a comfortable temperature. The Starbucks in the lobby was very convenient, and the food at the Craft restaurant was delicious! Valet parking was a breeze, but pricey at $26. Overall a great experience!

  I'm giving it 4 stars as of now. Staff is 5 star. Concierge and concierge staff is 5 star. Rooms are very nice but a tad outdated. Great location right across the street from the hockey arena. The hotel is not facing the downtown properly to get great views of the city itself.
