  This Westin hotel is close to a lot of good options for food and entertainment. Rooms are clean, and up to the usual Westin standards. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves good food and drinks. 24 hour room service. Good option if you're in Pittsburgh.

  Rooms are a decent size but seem a little over-used. Front desk staff seems constantly understaffed. 5 stars because the fitness center is the best that I have experienced outside of a resort. Has sauna, steam room, great lap pool as well.

  My compsby hosted an event with 700 people and it went off without an use. They staff was very accommodating and the food delicious. I recommend this as an event space. There are so many rooms and resources to make your event a success. I'm glad to see this venue throbbing, as I've been going here for 20 years.

  The Westin Convention Center Pittsburgh Hotel was a great stay for me during my convention. It connected directly to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center making travel back and forth a breeze. The service is exceptional with valet parking and room service for everything. If room service is not your thing, the restaurants (two) are very good.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... We came here for a large event, approximately 400 people. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My favorite was the beef shank. Imagine, the femur of a steer with the attached meat, slowly roasted for twelve hours to a succulent medium rare. There was also a cheese table, a salad bar, and a pasta bar. I didn't understand what was going on with the salad bar. The salads were individually made by one person. The line was incredible and I decided to go without. Why one salad maker and not self serve. Salad is so cheap.
