  From check in to check out, the staff is fantastic. At check in they gave us great information on local restaurants and things happening at the resort for the week. The in house restaurant staff is very accommodating and nice. A breath of fresh air to most places we have been

  By far the BEST hotel to stay at if you're going for a Pens game or anything at the PPG Paints Arena! Front door is about 500 feet from the front door of the arena! Hotel lobby is great for pre and post game - almost turns into a sports bar! Fantastic place to stay! Staff was very accommodating and friendly! Hotel was clean and everyone was very welcoming! Will definitely stay here again! Go Pens! ♥️🐧🏒

  Hotel accommodations are amazing. Available amenities are top notch. The open bar and staff are also incredible. Stayed the night beginning of April and will definitely book again for Penguins game over night stay. Stopped recently for a couple beers before the game. Not 1 negative thing can be said about this establishment!

  Was in town from 4/13-4/15 so I could propose to my girl and yeah she said YES!!! GREAT location and staff was great. Yes you pay 18 per night to park in a secure lot but you save gas. We never had to use our car because we took advantage of the free shuttle and both drivers were awesome, they take you anywhere within 3 miles. And close enough to walk downtown to shops and restaurants..

  Hotel location is right next to Penguins arena which could be pros or con depending on your plans. Not much food in walking distance but there is some bar/food in the hotel. Breakfast is not free and expensive. Parking costs over $10 per day which is reasonable. Rooms have king or double queen plus expandable sofa. Our sofa was not cleaned well and had food on it. There is a small pool and hot tub but also quite a decent gym with free weights.
