  I have never left a comment before, so it took something really horrific for me to go through the steps to do this. I am a Plantnim Marriot traveler and this hotel as made me question my loyalty. I got here early and the room was not ready, no big deal, but when I came back to the hotel, the lady at the front gave me a key to room 301. I went up stairs as normal, however when I entered the room, there was some other occupants things in the room and he/she was as in the shower. I left and went back down stairs and asked for another room. Imagine if that had been my wife in the room! Come on man, you have 1 job, give me a clean and UNOCCUPIED room. After the mistake the lady at the front was also rude on the phone and cut me off when I asked if there was an upgrade available because my room faced another office building, simple question, yet she cut me off and said, “no we are sold out for the night”. Horrible service and make sure you put your extra lock on the door.

  The location was good for me because it was close to what I needed. The room was big enough for what I needed as well. Service was very good. Our group had breakfast every day catered by the hotel and it was good.

  The building was beautiful. I didn't spend a lot of time there but the space was large and clean. Great location if you want to explore downtown and the mall.

  Great location if you are considering a sightseeing visit to Washington DC. The hotel is located about 6 blocks north of Lafayette Square and there are several nearby Metro stations if you choose to take public transit (Farragut Station being one of the closest). At a leisurely pace you can get from the hotel to the National Mall via train and walking in a little over 20 minutes. Plenty of restaurants located within a short walking distance. If you drive in, consider downloading the SpotHero app to look for parking. I was able to reserve a spot in the parking lot (PMI) located directly behind the hotel for $20 for a 24 hour period, which is almost $10 cheaper than the posted rate.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Friendly staff, very clean. Restaurant downstairs was great. Staff went above and beyond to help. Will stay again.
