  가격에 비해서 많이 낡았습니다. 화장실 휴지장식이 화려한데 누가 버려놓은 쓰래기 같습니다. 4성이라는게 잘 믿겨지진 않더군요

  Don't be fooled by the foyer. This looks great from the street, the bar looks lively, the foyer is welcoming, with a large fire and lots of seating. However the reception is small, one person was on when we arrived, bad bad attitude, was dealing with something else, curt manner, zero eye contact, basically was at all interested in guests or offering a welcome. Rooms very dated, with a horrific decor and strange layout. This explains the extensive building work that was being undertaken from 07:00 to 20:00, which is totally unacceptable and was not advertised. The receptionist in the morning was far more pleasant and when we complained offered a 50% discount, which was welcome, as it wasn't a cheap stay. I won't be staying there again.

  Great room and location. My first stay was good overall. The room was large but the floors were not clean in my room and the toilet didn't work properly and the vanity light in the bathroom was very dim

  I stayed here the night of 2/24 to 2/25. The updates rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. My room had a balcony and I could barely hear any street traffic. My heat wasn't working when I arrived so I called down to see if they could send up a blanket, the blanket basically materialized and maintenance followed soon after, which was super great. They fixed the heat problem and I had no more issues during my stay. My room had an adjacent door which kind of concerned me but it wasn't a big enough problem to mention it. However later on the day I checked out I got a notification from my bank that the hotel charged me nearly $20. When I called the hotel to ask what was going on they said I had made use of the mini-bar, when I told them there was no way I had done that because I had gone out to dinner and bought my own bottle of wine they changed it to I "used a shaving kit". I never shaved at the hotel and not that it's their business but I physically can't reach anything that would need shaving at the moment and additionally there wasn't a shaving kit in the room at all when I arrived. When I told the front desk woman to fix it she napped at me "fine" and hung up immediately. Up until that point I would have recommended this hotel to anyone but I'm a firm believer in if I feel I can't trust a hotel to not scam me, no matter how nice it is, I won't recommend it. That being said if you want to risk it take a picture of every inch of the room so you can easily dispute if they try to pull this stunt with you.

  Feels like they've been gradually updating the hotel. Very clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Great location. Had a really positive experience with most of the staff. Would give them 4 stars, but some of the employees could do with a little diversity training and a refresher on professionalism and customer service. My stay wasn't horrible, I'm just persnickety. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. Price wise, it was a pretty good deal.
