  Staff was extremely polite and helpful. There was a bed, and bathroom, A/C, TV and good wifi. But it is old and in poor condition. In the bathroom there was no soap or soap dish and the paint was peeling by the window. I got the shower to a decent temp and it fluctuated between warm and cold periodically -- not fun at 7 am. Also, for some reason the staff chose to mop the steps early in the morning so one needed to be aware of wet steps when leaving (there is no elevator). And our front they were hosing the sidewalk. Couldn't these activities be done outside of the primary morning hours when people are coming and going? In summary, you get what you pay for. This room was under $200 tax included, which is cheap for DC on a weekday. But I would not stay there again.

  The front desk agent with a French accent is one of the most friendly people I've ever seen at a hotel. The room was really small and single beds we're tiny but it was affordable for being in DC. Fantastic location. Overall worth the price compared to other rates in DC

  Horrible place. Some of the front desk people very rude. However, well located and Central.

  Hotel with minimalistic requirements and close to Attractions. We stayed one night and it was a really good location, the room had everything we needed for a quick visit. And rates are reasonable too.
