::The host was helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean, but small. The cost was a good value. The guests were quiet. For being so close to Bourbon Street, I was very surprised that we didn't hear any noise from the partying, even on a Friday night during Jazz Fest. This is a great place to stay.

::Fantastic value for the money. Much more than just a hotel room. Would be difficult to beat the location. This will be my New Orleans stay from now own. 1/2 block away are Marriott rooms that are 4 to 5 times the price and it's just a plain average Marriott. This place makes you feel like your really in New Orleans.

::Excellent location. Cute and relaxing courtyard. Thin walls and streets are busy and loud at night.

::Great location and value. Quaint and romantic. Only complaints are that the interior of the room we stayed in was very dated. The carpet and furniture were hideous and dated and the halls smelled a little mildewy... but thatβs commonplace for N.O. Wouldnβt mind staying there again but will likely try other spots.

::Surrounding and locatio was nice. The ironic thing is our room had a Jacuzzi tub ....but the hot water doesn't last long enough to fill it past the jets. When showering the hot water lasts all of 10 minutes, when we asked they said each room had only a 10 gallon hot water heater π£π£π£ they sent the maintenance who came to our room to tell us the same thing. He suggested take a short shower then wait 20 minutes then take another short shower to finish.... I could only laugh. Nice enough staff though.
