  Great hotel with good amenities. Beautiful rooftop pool, couple of restaurants and a nice little bar. Very conveniently located near French Quarters and downtown NOLA. Staff are nice.. Hotel gives vouchers or points for skipping room service. Overall, good quality service but quite expensive compared to other high quality hotels.

  Probably the nicest hotel I stayed at while in New Orleans. Excellent bar staff with a bar that stays open late. The hotel is immaculate, always someone cleaning something. Everyone very friendly and unintrusive. Will definitely stay there on my next trip. It's also across the street from the Casino, up the block from Mothers (restaurant ) and close to the Ruby Slipper (restaurant ) and Ernst Cafe (restaurant and bar).

  The Le Meridien was a phenomenal hotel! The best customer service I've ever received in my life! ALL hotels should send their staff to the Le Meridien for customer service training! My wonderful experience began with the energetic and sociable valet and just got better and better! The Bellman, Lawrence I can only say WOW what phenomenal customer service! Tyler at check was so helpful, commentating and quick. Keyon the bartender makes THE BEST Bloody Mary's and he is incredibly handsome (sorry ladies he is happily married). The lovely waitresses upstairs in the restaurant thank you all! It's very evident that this hotel cares and values their guest and business. People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. -Maya Angelou

  The hotel is very nice - aesthetically, it is pleasant. We stayed in room 625 of this hotel the night of 4/28/18. Our room upon check-in was hot. The AC was on but barely blowing. We lowered the temp and went to dinner. Upon return - it was still hot. Called desk and they sent someone. He worked for a bit and said he adjusted something. They called from the desk to check if someone had gone to our room to look into it. Spent the night in an unbelievable hot room for $500 - woke up and it was even hotter. Couldn’t wait to get out of this hotel! They said “sorry” at the front desk. You have no idea how sorry I am! I would not recommend this hotel based solely on the comfort factor. It was anything but. Scratching Le Meridian New Orleans off our hotel stay list.

  Das Hotel ist von unserer Seite nicht zu empfehlen und hat auch keine 4 Sterne verdient. Die Rezeption ist absolut unfreundlich und das Valet Parken ist mit über 50 Dollar pro Tag absolut überteuert. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt. Teppichboden schmutzig und die Betttücher zt. löchrig. Zimmerservice macht schlecht sauber. In den Schubladen findet man Müll von Gästen vorher und gewischt wird gar nicht. Der Pool ist in Live ein absoluter Witz und die Polster der Liegen einfach nur dreckig. No-Go. Schlechtestes Hotel auf unserer USA Reise
