  Despite the way it looks on the outside, the inside of the rooms are totally cute! You can tell the owner/operator has made an effort to make the rooms clean and comfy. If I owned it, I would get a new gate, along with new windows to make it aesthetically nicer on the outside. Since there are bums galore in SF, regardless of which hotel you stay in, the homeless sleeping outside never bothered us. We've stayed at much fancier hotels and were more afraid to walk outside than this little gem. If you need a room to store your suitcases and a comfortable bed to sleep on for under $100 per night, than this is the place for you! Minus one star for aesthetic purposes.

  Rooms are good and the service is quite good actually. On the other hand, the lobby, the outside part and corridors are scary. The elevator was also broken by the time I was in the hotel. Everything said, I would repeat the experience. If you need something they'll be glad to help you, and that's what I'm looking for when I'm in a city for the first time and alone. In terms of pricing, is good in comparison with other hotels in the area, but as I said, don't expect too much if you decide to go to this hotel. Not recommended for families with kids.

  I gave this hotel 3 stars based only on the housekeeper, the location and the access to snacks and restaurants. However my sister reserved this hotel with her card but when I got there they ask for mines so I paid...but had to leave at 8 am which is 24hours before my next check in time but couldn't get a refund. Dude showed me a non refund policy that had nothing to do with me since I paid with my card in person. Talking bout Sundays there biggest day...please if it is then you would have made that money back no question. Only go here if you not familiar with s.f. bay; if you know you want have to suddenly leave or if you have no luck no where else.

  The room we got was fine, but the walls are really thin, so you can hear your neighbours. Locations is close to Union Square which is nice, but the neighbourhood is a bit rough. For the money we have paid, we would definitely look for a different place of we would return to SF.

  The worst management ever. The manager Kalpesh illegally evicted me, even though I signed lease agreement. He would charge my guests 10 to just be allowed to come up and visit with me. There is a massive roach infestation. The is no TV or cable. Although the rooms are big and do have private bathrooms, the rent of 100 day is too outrageous. And the management is beyond rude and shady. I caught them writing down a copy of my credit card info. I cancelled it, but why would they need a copy of my card after the room had already been charged. Stay Far Away from this hotel. I
