::This place is incredible. Located in Columbia, you’re away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet a quick ride to Baltimore or DC. It’s been super convenient and very pleasant staying here. A special shout-out to Kecia and Noelle for staying on top of giving excellent customer service! I highly recommend; it’s a unique alternative to hotel stays with your own apt, washer/dryer and full kitchen.

::Absolutely pleased with my choosing of the WhyHotel again. This is my first stay at this property but I have stayed at others and always loved my time. It truly is home away from home. This time around I chose to stay for my mothers day spa weekend away. I had a wonderful premium 2bed/2bath with balcony. The pool and garden courtyard are absolutely gorgeous. There are tons on top notch amenities inside as well. I can't wait to stay again.

::First off, the physical hotel was lovely. I loved having the ‘apartment feel’ at a hotel rate. However, that is where most of the good things about this establishment end. Despite the numerous texts and emails, entering the hotel the first time was very confusing (this coming from a 22 year old software engineer). The keypad was not obviously visible and when we called for assistance the hotel employee was rude and curt. Secondly, while the apartments were lovely visually, every piece of furniture was poorly made and creaked, shifted, or bent when touched or sat on it (this coming from two physically average/on the fitter side 22 year olds). These small issues would have been understandable and not led to a negative review if not for the mortifying experience we endured our last day here. We were told that we had been excessively loud the night before (we had genuinely been trying our best to be quiet) and, after having our downstairs neighbor bang on the ceiling multiple times, the hotel employees notified us that the neighbor had recorded audio of my husband and I in a very compromising position/time. This is in Maryland- a two party consent state for recording, and the hotel employees essentially threatened us with this video until we pushed to pursue legal action, at which point they changed their stance to say they had never seen the video and just were notified that the neighbor had it and could not tell him to delete it. We are considering cutting our stay short simply to get away from the toxicity of this establishment. If you are coming here do not plan on friendly staff, halls that don’t smell like weed, furniture that cost more than $20, or to not be recorded during your most intimate moments.

::Truly beautiful property that has something to offer for anyone. The rooms are spacious (as you would expect in a newly constructed apartment building), and stocked with all that you would need for a short or long stay. We traveled as a family of 4 and it was wonderful to have space for the kids to do their thing without stepping on one another. Also great that they had their own separate sleep space! The ability to wash their cups, store their favorite drinks and food without doing the mini bar shuffle are benefits over the traditional hotel setting. While some of the amenities were not yet open they look like they will be phenomenal and our kids were asking when we can return before we got out of the parking garage! The staff was friendly, helpful and delighted to be there.

::As soon as we walked into apartment, it felt like home. The ambience was great. We felt comfortable when we found plates, cups, silverware and and other kitchen utensils provided. The smart TV preset with most apps used at home is a smart move. The spaces and furniture are top quality. The color scheme was consistent to every detail. One of the best features are the beds. The beds are very comfortable as well as the pillows. I will definitely come back here.
