  Have stayed here a few times. No complaints. Easy check in with the app and the breakfast is decent.

  Lionel was wonderful at check-in. Warm and welcoming, helpful and engaged. Will stay here again for him alone. Breakfast was surprisingly good. As someone who eats a lot of.hotel breakfasts, this was very high on the list of good ones.

  Edit : 4/6/23 Trying to reach the manager at this location for over 3 days now, called different times of the day and wont get a call back from him. Worst service by a manager “ Michael “ . Not to mention reason why im calling is because whoever cancelled my reservation didn’t do it properly. 4/19/23 still no reply from Manager Michael after calling them 2 days ago Spoke to the front desk about my reservation, lady was able to modify my reservation in such a short notice.

  First a disclaimer, the staff were trying their best to accommodate guests with issues that weren't their fault. No key cards available for our three night stay so we had to get staff every time we wanted to get in our room or wanted to use the fitness center or business office. Sometimes waiting outside our room door for up to ten minutes to get in. The ice machine on our floor was not working and the pool was closed. There weren't as many food options for breakfast as normally available at Hamptons, not even flavored creamer for coffee!

  Very nice clean and spacious room. Friendly desk service and located close to everything. Really enjoyed our stay here and looking forward to coming back in a week.
