::It did for the most part . No major complaints here . The room was great . However there’s this piece of cardboard staples to cover the sink which I hate but it’s not a big deal . I love the amenities! The stove top is great addition to what I need for my family . I have received nothing but great customer service since I came here in January. Dhalil I think is his name is awesome ! I always look for to seeing him at the front desk to help with anything :)

::The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. The reception area is very clean. Our suite is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

::Very nice staff and comfortable stay. The hotel is always clean inside and also the grounds. The room is very spacious and there is the convenience of a kitchen as well. I would definitely recommend. It’s also close to shopping and restaurants.

::We didn't even stay the night. As soon as we checked in, we went to our room and found the door was already wide open with various items inside. The beds weren't made and there was trash and stains all over the carpet. We immediately requested a refund and decided not to chance it with another room, as there were various taped up doors in the hallways. Front Desk, Wendy was very kind and helped us to the best of her ability. She was new there and she didnt know the status of the room was as such. I blame management, because they did not do their due diligence and make sure that the rooms were up to par. They set their front desk team up for failure and that wasn't very fair to Wendy to be put in that position, especially on such a busy holiday night. This was my first time visiting here and I do not think I'd be visiting again anytime soon. Whoever was shift lead, was also a bit rude and wasn't exactly making things easier, as my travel partner was highly upset about the accommodations and the situation seemed to escalate, especially when first denied a refund. I thought the situation could have been handled better.
