This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The drywall is bubbling, a huge hole around the electrical outlet, floor not vacuumed, bathroom not clean, what look like blood stains in carpet in bathroom, air conditioning barely works. Terrible place to stay!!

Holy cow this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. I drove to Omaha to see Warren Buffett. I booked a room in this hotel and so did a friend of mine. The worst part was the plumbing. Everything had a slow drain. Flushing the toilet was very scary. If you took a shower, the tub would fill with water. The Internet worked about half the time. Breakfast was included but the creamer that they offered was curdled. I am used to staying in old hotels. But this one was uncomfortable. My friend decided to check out after the first night and she went to a different hotel, although she paid for two nights.

This hotel is definitely dated. However, they've kept it fairly clean. The pool is overly chlorinated and the concrete around it could use a bit more aggregate as it's a bit slippery. The hotel rooms are passable but clean and look to have been renovated a couple times. The air conditioning works well. The couple at the counter had a smile when I came in and we're glad to help. They were very efficient and got us to our room quickly. All around and say it's a pretty decent day. Nothing special but you get what you pay for.

The staff was extremely helpful in making check-in and out easy, the room was clean, and our stay was quiet. The pool is heated and they we're understanding of our late start to breakfast.

This place is unimpressive from the outside, but a very reasonable place to stay for the money. The pet fee was only 15$, and they are one of the few in the area that allow pets. It was very quiet and the staff are super friendly. The rooms are dated and in various stages of refurbishment, but still well worth it. I would stay here again. The date of our stay was Nov. 27th, 2022.
