::Our AC/heater was inoperable. Our bathroom fan also did not work. So my poor wife had to smell my IBS. Trash can by the exit door was overflowing with keystone cans. We are still here so we will see what adventures await us in the morning for breakfast. Update will follow. Staff is friendly and location was centralized and right next to the police station. Rooms, especially the bathrooms, need a major upgrade. Update... Next morning, slept ok. Woken up by Dora the Explorer from another room. Screaming kids, etc. Paper thin walls... Community living. I get it. 8 a.m. to the very nice breakfast area and lobby. (No sarcasm, it was nice) I opted for the B&G as there was just enough gravy left in the pans to cover a very dry biscuit. If you need a place to stop after driving all day and night, stop here for rest. You might get some. This isn't your average "Americinn" which would have been way way more pleasant to stay in. If you are hoping for a good complimentary breakfast, go to village inn on your way out of town

::Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Didn't like the fact they had swim lessons going on in the pool so we could only use half of the pool for awhile an the instructor was rude an yelling at the kids, also wish the website let us know the sauna wasn't available was really looking forward to that. Overall not a bad hotel.

::I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, but I feel the right thing to do is to let others know just how incredibly horrible our stay at this hotel was. It was the worst hotel in which we have EVER stayed! The manager, Rick Chaudhari, was so completely unprofessional and profoundly rude and uncaring! They violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by hassling us about our service dog. The rooms we booked were described as Queen Suites, with two queen beds and a pullout couch. Our rooms had no pullout couch and were regular rooms. Manager Rick told me he didn't care what I thought about the situation, and if I didn't like it I should just leave! He just kept repeating they didn't have Queen Suites! (Yes, I know! That's the issue!!). The room itself was disgusting! Right as we came into the room, we noticed the carpet had been pulled back from the transom and several large, SHARP, carpet tacks were sticking straight up, waiting for an injury to happen. There was visible mold growing along the perimeter of the room. There was mold in the grout in the shower. I pointed these problems out to the front desk staff. They had nothing to say. You would have to start at FRUSTRATION and then DRIVE ALL NIGHT to get to the point I was at, trying to respectfully and peacefully bring the issues to their attention. JUST APPALLING!!! Save yourself the frustration and don't subject yourself or your loved ones to these conditions or treatment!
