  I was able to drop my car off while the wife and I ran some errands. I got back to find my inspection and tags were both put on my window. No issues to report. I was overall pleased with the experience.

  3 guy's on one car , doing oil changes one hand the other on their cell phones. Average wait 1hr and 15min.

  I went in for an inspection. Simple as that. About an hour later after many customers had come in after me and had left, I asked what the hold up was. No hold up whatsoever, my car was ready, but not one person working there informed me! I immediately notice oil all over the driver's seat. In addition, a small section of my console had been forcably removed. There was this hole in my console! I found the missing piece in the cup holder. My car was perfect before I took it there. I put the console piece back in its place and now there is a permanent gouge in it from where the idiot who did my inspection took it out. Why did he take it out to begin with? There was absolutely no need whatsoever! I was furious! They didn't say one word to me about it. I discovered it. I will never ever go back there and I have and will continue to let everyone I know what my unfavorable experience was like.

  Just went for a oil change and i stood there for 5 min and no one came out to greet me. Then a lady drives up and gets service . Still no one helped me so i left wont be going back.

  I went there to get my state inspection done but the girl doing the inspection said my brakes were bad. This is after Toyota had already inspected my car and said that my brakes were fine. I then took it to a brake place and had them check it for me. Again they were fine so I returned to get my inspection again. This time she said that my wind shield wipers were torn too much. Th manager said that it had to be at least an inch so when I got home I measured them. Guess what, they were torn a whole quarter of an inch. I really think she was just hoping I would purchase these services from their shop. I had to pay for the inspection so I have no choice to go back after I spend more money for the wipers. The manager was kind and trying to be helpful but could not change the fact she did not pass my car. At least they told she was not there on Wednesday so I will not have to deal with the same employee again.
