  This store is under new management and it's a 100% difference from before. The staff is very energetic and helpful. I came in with small children and the staff did a great job of fixing my phone and keeping the kids entertained, which I really appreciated.

  I went to this store on 4 different occasions simply because I wanted to pick up my pre ordered phone. The first time they said they could not sell it to me until the next day even though they had it there. Fine. The second time they said their servers were down, and tell me to return 2 hours later. The third time I return 2 hours later and they are all busy (which is not their fault), with the exception of one guy who is literally just sitting there. The fourth time I go on a Sunday, even though they are supposed to open at 10:00 am. I get there at 10:30 am and its closes. I call them at 11:20 am and no answer. I finally called them at 12:00 pm and get an answer. I ask what time they open today and they sat 10:00 am... Bottom line is that the people are actually helpful when they talk to you one on one. But the professionalism is frustratingly amateur. I'll never be coming back to this retailer again.
