::Staff at this location is amazingly friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help navigate the fun that is dealing with your mobile provider. Way better than calling Customer service--go see these guy's and they'll make sure you end up with a non-exploding phone and all your data. Hope Samsung and Tmobile appreciate their in-store team!

::The customer service in this store is awful!!! I walk in.. A representative (lady) was there I asked if she can help? She answer me a rude wait what I want ... I told her that my iphone was not working was not turning on... She said I have to pay about $175 to get a new phone or go to the Apple Store ...because she could not do anything.. She didn't even try to do anything ... Look like I was bothering her been there!!! The customer service sucks!! In this store

::This facility has outstanding customer service!!! I purchased a Samsung 6 and tablet using a particular promotion. However a month later, I found out my purchase was not covered by the promotion. The store manager Luis, honored the promotion and credited my account. What a trustworthy group of people.
