  I wanted to get the International Passport so that I could use my phone to access the web in Japan and Thailand. I was told Yes for most of Japan and Yes for the larger cities in Thailand. It completely failed me in Japan and was quirky as can be in Thailand. It was worse than having nothing because I relied on it and it failed. Then it worked for a week and failed again, repeat ad nauseam.

  Sales guys very knowledgeable. Even hooked us up with their Apple TV plan through DIRECTV NOW. Awesome deal. Cut the cable

  This particular AT&T is where I originally brought my Samsung Galaxy 8+ n was experiencing technical issues so I drop bye 2 have them take a look. I've always like the convenience n easy location right next to them Clarendon Metro station

  Helpful place. I was not a fan of parking there. Everything I could find you had to pay for but that's the area I guess. Store is well staffed and has all the latest gadgets. You will probably have to wait a little while, I did. You give your name and when they're ready from the last customer they call you. The store, as with all cellular stores, I recommend that if you can accomplish what you want over the phone or on line then you'll save yourself some time and possibly money.

  I don't know why they changed the team. They but the meanest Spanish girl in history that I had to switch both of my accounts to another carrier. And when I went back to get the account numbers both times the employees are so busy with there phones. After 4 years of great service the last couple of times I went there I felt that I am not welcome and that's what made me switch both numbers.
