::Though smaller by today, Apple Store standards, this is my preferred Va location. Usually not too crowded. I don’t know why, but they are much more friendly and helpful than Pentagon City.

::It is a smaller but significantly less crowded Apple store. The “geniuses” here are friendlier than other stores. I had a couple of interactions with them including replacing my phone for a small defect, and everything went very smoothly and efficiently. As usual they are well trained and knowledgeable, but the difference is that the hint of arrogance, that is basically a trademark for them, is kind of tuned down here.

::I had a wonderful experience at this store. It's much more quieter and calmer here. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. I was helped by Chris, Daniel and Anthony. I even took a class there. I would definitely return here if I want service for my Apple devices.

::Had one good experience when I was browsing with someone helpful and knowledgeable and occasionally friendly people over a year ago which is why I am not giving this place 1 star. But when it came to getting support, getting a replacement that was already on record, getting really any help with Apple products bought elsewhere, if I had the same experience when buying the Apple products I wouldn’t have bought them and could have avoided this place. The Georgetown and Tyson’s corner mall locations are both better. A lot better. Many others are two but if looking for nearby options to this place, those two are better. They may look crowded but it’s Apple and this one is going to have you wait until the Genius is ready, text you that they are if it’s too long but will be off by about 15 minutes, then you get to go to a table to sit, where you wait some more, and then when you finally get someone to come help (while watching maybe 10-15 Apple employees at any point in time just stand around talking to each other), don’t expect help. No one ever looks happy in the help area of this store. I think that says enough - won’t post a picture with people though. Find another Apple store. They aren’t in short supply and you won’t regret it unless you just want to browse and are in the area. Bad service doesn’t take away from a generally nice layout that is a hallmark of Apple. Small purchases when it’s slow aren’t too bad. Anything else - I offered alternatives based on experience for same dealer, just you will have a way better experience. And never come here for support because the last thing anyone wants is a broken pricey device, multiple types of (long) waits, and then awful support that resolves nothing. It’s a waste of time. That I’ve went through a few times..saw about 0 happy people and a ton of unhappy ones.

::La zona es muy linda, tiene asientos y una súper pantalla gigante de alta definicion
