I would give it 5 stars but it's almost never open. I've only seen people there a couple times. They seemed friendly enough you know it's a bank in a store.

Half the time you wait in a line to be told they can't help you. A few times they claim they "ran out of change" so they didn't have to make change and help people. If it's true they keep running out of change and quarters then they need a better manager who knows how to run a bank branch.

Best . Branch. EVER! Super courteous staff, always friendly and do their best to help. The only branch I frequent.

My favorite bank branch of all time. These guys are open until 7pm (5pm on Sat., and even 2pm on Sunday – open at 10am every day). Never seen anything like it, and it's been a major help, so many times. The staff are friendly and seem to know what they're doing, though they all seem to be junior people and sometimes there's a trainee. This is a stand-up-all-day workplace, so I can see why the longer-term, older employees don't work at this one. The only down-side to me is that there's often a line, and with only 2–3 tellers, there can be a bit of a wait if you need more than the ATM. So, don't go during peak grocery store hours if you can help it. PS: This branch doesn't usually have a notary on staff or offer other "advanced" stuff, but you can do most things here including opening different account types, applying for cards, getting cashier's checks, etc.
