  The Chase up near 580 told me "their banker" (there's only one?) was busy (for 3 more hours?) and that I had to talk to a Teller. The Teller couldn't help and tried to have me sign in on my phone to see what the computer wouldn't let her see. Through bulletproof glass. Great. I went to this bank the next day. I got in line to see the Teller; after a wait, and with a mix of patience and kindness, the Teller said I needed to see a banker :). None was available, so the branch manager opened up a desk and saw to me himself. This is what Chase is supposed to be; the other bank does not deserve the higher Google Maps review score.

  I hope the bank employees are more considerate these days. When my dad passed away 10 years ago my mom went in to do banking one of the bankers approached her and wanted to talk to her about all the banks she had her money in and wanted her to change all other Banks to Chase and wanted to give advice for her money. He was highly pressuring her and she was very distraught over my dad's death. He approached my nother?the following week and I told him to please not talk to my mother about her finances. She was very capable of handling her own bank account. I have to talk to a manager because of him seeking his own advantage with bonuses through Chase Bank and was very uncaring of peoples feelings and privacy.

  It is my first bad experience at this branch. Ms.Zoljargal Davaa approached us when we entered the bank yesterday. She asked us why we visited them and what we needed. She was very reluctant to help. The bank was almost empty and she asked us whether we had an appointment. After few awkward moments, she told us to wait. She asked irrelevant questions and she was definitely passive aggressive...

  Best bank ever. Wonderful to have someone local. Bobo helped me get things organized after my husband's recent death. Great, compassionate customer service.

  Older Filipino lady gave my deposit back to the other teller, telling me that she wanted the window free. She was already not helpful. Next week, she suggested that I do a bank drop (to avoid inconvenience to her)? I was already upset but said nothing. She then had the nerve to complain to my boss that I was the problem. I come into the bank with large deposits. Not only was her customer service bad, she had the nerve to complain about the customer like she was the victim when she was the perpetrator.
