::The waiting line was so long and BOA only had two staffs (including business window) serving the clients around 11:20am. After 20 minutes of waiting, I talked to the guy working at the lobby. He said others staffs were at lunch. It took almost an hour for my turn. Donโt come to this branch if you need something quick.

::I has very bad experience and didn't see any interest to solve my problem. There is no cooperation and no interest in staff to solve problem. Staff wasn't be skilled enough to handle problem. On my request, Manager met me but like she was doing some favor. She declined to handle main problem and instructed me to approach other center. She mentioned as one time courtesy, she allowed bank customer to take out some money from own account at Teller.

::Itโs beyond words to describe this BOA location. Went in with my young toddler that I need to deal with escrow money transfer. My son shakes my hand off ran into one clerkโs office because the bamboo plant in her office while I was checking in with the receptionist . I quickly put my DL back to my wallet and followed him and try to get him out and started to apologize. She yelled to my son to get out. Because my son is around 2 and had no idea, he still want to walk back in with his hands hold the door. She shut the door and thank god the door is the slow controlled close, so I quickly hold the door and get him out. After that, I was so furious. And asked her how came she could be so mean yo a young kid. She walked out at yelled at me and you didnโt watch your kid carefully. I file the complaint to the manager, but she seems trying to hold down the situation but no really want to deal with it. Later, I learned from another clerk that the lady who is so arrogant is one of the relatives to the bank owner in Oakland BOA location. And she acts arrogant to everybody. Sigh for people like this world still exist. Even her colleague didnโt defend for her.

::Very unfriendly person greeting at the front desk. I had walked in to tell them that they're ATM machine had just finished swallowed my card, which wasn't even a B of A card, I don't bank at B of A, bad experience from the past. This time I am equally as upset if not more upset!! The greeter at the front desk told me in not so many words that I HAD TO call the 800 number on the ATM machine, because "B of A doesn't handle this issue"... I said " WHAT!!!!!!", they also said I have to take it up with MY BANK'S CARD issuer, AND THEY WOULD NOT Help ME AT ALL!!. I AM stuck now without my card that sits in the B of A ATM machine. Gee thanks for NOTHING B OF A, for making my life harder, plus the state of your atm machines is disgusting!!! They're DIRTY!!! Very disappointed customer.
