  Customer service is horrible. I’ve been an US Bank customer for over 20 years and literally dread coming into this location from long wait times, unprofessional customer service, and lack of resources for those who choose to bank with them. Look forward to removing my personal and business accounts to another bank

  Good morning Usbank. We are happy with this branch in Oakland,CA & San Francisco, CA. So far these two branches gave us the best services. The made us feel welcome. We're not happy with the El Cerrito,CA even now. The energy an how they treat us specifically feels uneasiness discomfort... It may not be the same for other customers but for us we are happier at Oakland & San Francisco branch. My mother and I love both locations. We are at our happy place.They provide excellent customer service. Thank you USBANK.😃✅

  This Bank is probably the worst customer service oriented and least structured and organized bank. When I called online, i was told someone in that special department will call back. No one ever called. When I went to this branch, i was told almost the thing, except more run around, mix info. It was unethical that they gave me false information as well. i left feeling helpless and very frustrated. It only shows that they are not in the heart of helping people. Please think twice before you go there.
