::This is probably the WORST BofA branch I've ever been to. They are the least motivated bunch to even attempt to help you. The desks/counter are most often empty and a line of 2 people, lasted 20 minutes. Go down the street to Chase if you're opening up a new account. I only gave this place one star because that's the minimum to post a review.

::I only leave a review if I feel I must. Honestly just find another branch! Two blocks away. It was not busy at all, BUT when I walked in everyone was in the back office. I had to catch a guy coming in from break. The manager then came out and told me it would be 20 more minutes before I could open a bank account. I assume this is because everyone was on break and he was to lazy to do it himself. The manager was a short man with balding greys.

::Hello all, I never write reviews, however I looked up this bank to write a review and noticed how many people are all complaining about the same worker, Marie. I don 't even need to explain, its the same thing as everyone is saying... She is extremely UNprofessional, rude, racist, and . should not be . working here. I definitely won't be going back to this bofa and am considering switching if I encounter someone as rude as her again.

::The bank is empty, no one greets me, is it my skin tone I don't know. I approach two Asian women, I guess I interrupted their conversation because they clearly didn't want to help me. Which became obvious when line of questions they asked. I travel for a living, I needed to find out if I used my phone to make a mobile deposit or do I need to make a deposit now. After 15 minutes of them asking irrelevant questions. I had to leave to avoid being a parking ticket. Without my issue resolved. To add insult to injury I left my sweater at the the desk on plain site while I was on the teller line. When I left and realized I left my sweater. As I returned no asking if I needed help just strange looks as I retrieved my sweater.

::I have only been here once, and this rating is for that specific situation and a specific employee. I went to the bank to aid a family member. Keiko Kitada, an employee at this branch, was incredibly patient, full of tact in a tricky situation, and absolutely helpful in sorting out a stolen identity situation, getting my fam new cards, and resolving a deposit issue related to the bank account. Keiko is truly a gem!
