  The customer service is very poor at this location recently they have no respect for time or doing things in a timely manner it should not take 30 minutes to do a deposit and you should not make people wait and do them together with newly people who just got their and haven’t waiting that’s just to me very rude and disrespectful I’ll be moving banks soon.

  They won't let me get to my money... my account is frozen, locked out, I can't use my card.. I have money in the account that I can't get to. The people on the phone and at the bank can do anything about it. This is something out of a movie. Impossible

  Should be open until but the drive thru was closed when I arrived at 345 the bank was dark so I doubt if it was open today at all, people was pulling up asking everyone else if it was open. Hours on webb said 8 to 4, well that's a lie!!!

  It was Friday at 1pm. They had 1 teller open. 25 minute wait. The suntrust brand is going down the drain. Save your time and money, bank elsewhere.
