  This place continues to only staff 1-2 tellers during peak hours and I have no idea why.

  Go see Mohammad, he will take care of everything for you. He set up an appointment for my mom to get her started with a CD and was able to fix my account.

  I had a huge problem with their credit card that I opened online so went to this bank. Best customer service ever from Tina and counselor Mohammad Khan. They solved all my issues in the hour. I was facing a credit card scam. Tina helped me get seen same day otherwise it was a wait for another day. Very thankful and will be coming back again with my family!

  My company has an account here so against my better judgement I decided to open an account. They have one good review for a reason. Terrible customer service. If my company didn’t bank here and make my life easier to have an account through them I would have already closed my account. They have 4 people sitting around doing nothing but yet they are too busy to help. It’s just sad.

  It's always a wait and there's usually 1 teller. Sometimes there are 2. It's not unusual to wait 30 or more minutes to make a cash deposit. And no, I can't use the ATM. I come here for work cash deposits. One customers transaction just took 23 minutes. The line is out of the door. It's almost always like this. I actually want to find another bank to take my personal business because of how bad this is. I'm a preferred member. The staff is wonderful. They are just grossly overworked and get the ire of customers because of bad staffing practices from the corporate level.
