::I have been waiting for 45 minutes to the banker or the branch leader (only two in the office) I need assistance something a teller couldn’t help with. The lobby is full of people but the branch leader is making unnecessary conversation with customers and walking in and out of his office with a lobby full. Then after his conversation’s ended he walks out to help the line which they had all just walked in at one time. The other banker decided to close her door and take a phone call instead of clearing out the lobby no organization no leadership sitting here thinking is this who I want to bank with BOA has me spoiled they would never. Finally I got back with Connie Preston and she was amazing she changed my whole attitude about the wait and my observation. Her positive attitude her feedback her concern and time she took with me. Turned me around. I think am going to love it here. Thanks again

::If you’re looking for a bank don’t come here. The machines are always down. They close the branch earlier so if you work a 9-5 you’re screwed. The banking system is horrible. If you try to deposit a check 9/10 the machine is not working. Then when you finally do find one and make the deposit before 9 it won’t reflect until 2 days. When they do have someone working on the machines the people they hire are incredibly rude. My dad left Truist and went to Navy Federal and I’ll be doing the same. The nasty attitude from guy fixing the machine did it for me. Officially lost a customer. It’s 5:41 I got out of work at 5 and the last thing I did was that treatment all because I was trying to withdraw money to purchase my sons 1st school pictures. Disgusting company.

::We have multiple business accounts and had a rocky time transitioning from SunTrust to Truist. Several issues with QBO syncing with the bank etc. Throughout the process Maria Rosa was the one constant we could rely on. If she couldn’t answer her phone, she’d call back as soon as she was free. Sometimes after the normal close of business … but she called back! These 5-stars are for Maria, not Truist. It’s getting much better though!

::Maria is the best! I’ve never had such a great banker than Maria. She’s very understanding and helpful with my needs and questions. She speaks both English and Spanish so that’s a plus! She’s quick to respond back to my voicemails and so far, I would rather do any of my banking needs through her and her only. I have banked with Suntrust for YEARS! BB&T I’ve only used to pay my HOA fees so I don’t really know much about them. I would recommend setting an appointment with Maria and get all your banking needs done by her. She’s quick on her feet and is always looking for a way to make you smile and leave happily.

::I am so sad SunTrust merged with BB&T. The customer service at this bank is horrible, not because of the one SunTrust employee they have running both the counter inside and the drive through window on a Friday morning at that, but because the BB&T employee refused to service SunTrust customers. There were about 10 SunTrust customers in line, she would only take BB&T customers. So we are all waiting, waiting, waiting for this one SunTrust employee. Then some one said that they were going to call corporate. All the sudden this BB&T employee started taking SunTrust customers. It was ridiculous, of course she had the biggest attitude .I felt like I was a red-headed step child there. Like my business wasn't good enough. I will definitely be switching banks. I am going to miss SunTrust dearly though. It was the best bank I ever had.
