  The worst WARRANTY in the world. 2 years old adj/ queen, 5 K... in walker, want me to "TROUBLE SHOOT , unzip bed or pay $180.00 to have them to come out, no if's or butts! Rude customer service 800 #. Never had a WARRANTY problem with SEALY OR SIMMIONS! NOW STUCK W/ PUCKERING & INDENTATIONS.. IF YOU ARE OLD DO NOT BUY THE OVERPRICED S# CRAP!

  Ended up getting the same salesman both time's which is a rarity and they were open after the snow storm. Actually opened there doors before the other stores around them did! Nice

  My wife and I had visited this store in search of a new cal king mattress after going though the sales presentation we decided on a mattress. Our sales representative had told us that the final price for the model we had selected was being "cataloged out" and the price was $1989.00 and this was including the delivery. We felt it was a good deal and so we went ahead and signed up to finance part of the purchase. The lady had ran our credit and towards the end she had discovered that she had told us the price for a queen mattress not cal king and that the final price for the mattress we wanted would be $2989.00 including delivery. This normally would not have been an issue but our credit had already been run. She apologized and said she would not be able to honor that price at the store level, but if we called customer service they might be able to help. We called the customer service line and not even within a minute the representative told us there was nothing that she could do. We asked to speak to her supervisor and the supervisor refused to speak with us. We called the store manager back and told her the situation and she said there was nothing that she could do but she would contact her district office. We later received a call back from the store manager and she said she cannot change the price at all. We felt there was no wrong doing on our part and the sales rep in the beginning even said that she had made the mistake. Now we have had our credit run and we have nothing to show for it, and for employees in three different levels of the business[store, customer service, district] continue to pass the buck only to be told there was nothing that could be done to take care of us seemed severely unprofessional. No one was willing to compromise and it seemed that no one cared about our situation other than the person who caused it, the sales representative.
