  On the weekend of President day on Sunday my husband and I went mattress shopping and BedMart, it was our first stop. The experience was the worst I have ever experienced. The sales person was extremely rude after he found out we r only looking on spending about a $1,000 to 2,000. And that we might still shop around since that was our first stop, we just wanted to get some ideas. He made a rude comment that we r not gonna find a unicorn mattress that costs $5000 for $500. And then he just walked off. So we went to mattress world across the street and the experience was wonderful. And we did spent those $2,000 there. Just wanted to put it out there, hopefully others have better experience.

  I would give a -1 if I could. When we purchased our new TemperPedic Mattress, we were told we would be getting a 5 year no interest finance plan. What was entered in was a 4 year plan; our bad for not catching it. Also the information sheet that I filled out for the financing was never returned to us. The store claims it was either given to us or destroyed. This is significant because within days of buying the bed, my ID was stolen. Now I am spending a lot of time and effort, as well as money, to try and correct this mess. I can not say for sure that BedMart was the cause of this, however the timing is suspect. Buyer beware.

  This was my first time buying a brand new mattress/frame and Mike was super helpful with answering all my questions and information based on my preferences. He was also very knowledgeable about various sales/coupons that were available and was able to utilize those in my purchase, which I greatly appreciated! Thank you, Mike! I'm very excited for my new bed to be delivered and was very happy to support a family-owned business :-)

  I was dreading buying a new mattress. I have done it before and it wasn't much fun. But I wasn't getting much sleep with the mattress I owned, so off I went. These guys are all about sleep, and how to get it. Bernard listened to my story and showed me mattresses which made it easy for me to pick a favorite, and now I sleep better than I have done in years. They even removed my old mattress for me. All within a day of ordering my new bed. I said I would recommend Bedmart to my friends. Telling the internet all about it is my way of saying thank you.
