  Absolutely amazing service. My husband and I were interested in a sofa and origanaly went to JR furniture. After purchasing the sofa we were told it's no longer available and after a few other problems we decided to cancel. When we called Ashley we spoke with Julie and she was extremely helpful with answering my questions. We decided we wanted to go in and buy it. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles by Julie and Jeff. Unfortunately Julie had to leave but Jeff assisted us in ordering our sofa he was extremely friendly and very helpful. I will recommend Ashley to everyone and we have decided we will only come here for our furniture needs.

  Hannah was our saleswoman when we were looking for new bedroom furniture and she was the epitome of customer service! She knew all of the various styles and wood types we needed and was willing to order special so we could match our unique bedroom decor! She offered us a great deal and even qualified us for long term financing that really will help us save money!! If you go to this store definitely don’t miss your chance to say hi to and/or ask for Hannah, she will make your furniture experience - even your overall day - so much brighter!! If Ashley stores are smart they will never let her go and give her a raise immediately! Thank you Ashley stores for hiring Hannah!!

  I do not recommend this store. At first we had a pleasant shopping experience and liked the sales people, but that was the end of the positive. Check out took well over an hour. They had to enter the purchases in three or four different systems, and run my card four times, and eventually handed me a big packet of receipts which is good because the email receipts all came in blank. They had made a big deal over holding one of the pieces for us so it could be delivered when we were available, and I got a confirmation call and email two days before as promised, but on the actual day they called and said they didn't have our furniture. My husband called the store, dispatch and the warehouse, was on the phone over an hour trying to figure out what was happening, and was assured it would be delivered. The truck showed up with one piece (incidentally the wrong color) and not the other, and a few hours before the time window we were provided. On the next available date they said it still hadn't been received at the warehouse, once again my husband called around and was promised it would be found, and it wasn't. At this point we asked for a refund since they obviously have lost the couch, and three more times we were promised phone calls back that never came. Since a whole week passed, we had already followed up with our credit card company by the time we finally received a call back regarding the refund, and the person who called claimed he hadn't received a single call from us.

  My husband and I were looking for a small table to replace the larger dinning room table we had. Not sure what we really wanted we decided to go to Ashley Furniture that was having a sale. We were in the store maybe 10 minutes and we spotted just what we needed. We were looking around just to get some other ideas and that is when we met Jeff. Immediately we felt like we were old friends!! Great personality, very helpful. Once we decided on the very first table we spotted Jeff was right on getting all the paper work taken care of for us. We also met the Store Manager, Danny. (forgive me if I got his name wrong) He was so funny! With Jeff, Danny and the two of us we laughed so much it was like having a party right there with dear friend's!! Plus there is a great chair in the store that works great for spinal alignment :o) Just ask Jeff to show you the next time you stop by. Thank you Jeff for a great shopping experience and we will for sure see you again. So tell your boss that we said don't let you go. You are a great asset to the company. The Bostracks

  Chelsea is a great salesperson! She did not pressure us, she just was there to answer any questions we might have. When we had looked over all the possible choices, she helped us to decide on the chair that would best suit our needs. I hope that this new recliner we purchased will give us many years of comfort and quality. Thank you, Chelsea, for your superb customer service and all of your help. You are an asset to Ashley Furniture and I hope you continue to give the best service to others as you did for us.
