  Great experience with Cassandra. She gave us just the right amount of attention, checking on availability, showing us prices and answering our questions. This is our third set of recliners purchased from La-Z/Boy. We sell them or give them away since we can’t seem to wear them out!

  With my tax return I wanted to replace the sofa my dogs had distroyed. I walk into La-Z-boy and a very nice sales person came to me. I told her what I wanted and what I had to spend on it. She showed me what they had and I was out of the store in 20 minutes. I purchased just what I wanted. No pressure. My old sofa is a La-Z-Boy and even damaged I still liked using it. I’ve never had issues with their service or people. I will buy there again.

  I had to get a power recliner for my mom for her after surgery Chair. Cindy was better than fantastic and helpful. She didn’t try and sell us the most expensive chair, but the one that was best for Mom’s needs, and it was on clearance! I will go back in a couple months to get a second chair.

  Terrific experience all around. The salesman went out of his way to make sure I was able to get the two chairs I wanted in my price range. I sold my current furniture quicker than expected and when I called to see if I could get my delivery earlier, the lady cheerfully rearranged my delivery to a week sooner. The delivery team, Dan and Kevin, were pleasant and polite and very careful not to scratch anything in my small apartment. Dan stayed behind to show me some tips and tricks to make use of my chair easier for a senior with mobility issues. Kudos all around. I will recommend you folks and shop there again as well. Thank you

  My shopping experience at Lazy Boy was terrific. I first looked online at the many choices and narrowed it down to three, When I called the store, the employee looked to see what they had on the floor. She let me know quickly, gave me information about specific models and was very low-key. When I went to the store, the salesperson was positive but not pushy. I chose a chair and the transaction was smooth and took only a short time. He was informative and had a sense of humor. Two good traits in sales staff. I'd called other stores and they insisted I ask for a certain salesperson and grilled me on when I was going to come in and look. I crossed them off my list. I'd recommend the Happy Valley store to others.
