  I order from this Rosatis usually once a week, and I have been rarely disappointed with the quality of food or the service. The service is fast and pleasant. They have plenty of coupons and a great variety of lovely menu items. I always order my pizza double dough or get slices for myself of the family.

  I wasn’t able to complete my order online due to an issue trying to enter reward coupon. The manager entered reward when I arrived to pay. The person who took my telephone order was nice but was rushing. The pasta dinner was piping hot with lots of baked cheese. I enjoyed the baked mostacolli and garlic bread. I will definitely order it again. My hubby enjoyed the beef sandwich. Overall this was a great experience.

  Female employee holding unprofessional conversations behind the counter. As I was putting my $90 order in my car, an employee approached me stating that they gave me the wrong order. I gave them the food back and as they handed me my fixed order I asked if it was correct and they said yes. It was missing 2 things and 1 of my pastas was barely cooked. I will probably not order from here again. It's a shame because I recommended this place to people quite a few times.

  Best pizza around for sure. Sometimes they forget to put stuff you ask for in your order but it's not like you can't call to let them know. Hands down I love rosatis

  We ordered 4 pizzas for a family birthday get together and while eating them my sister found a piece of glass in one of the pizzas and almost swallowed it. I called and spoke with the manager and he offered to either have a stop eating the pizzas and wait an indefinite time for 1 to be delivered or to give me 15% off our next order. Neither was acceptable so then he offered 20% off the next order. We've been ordering from this location for over 15 years but they have now lost all of our business for the future due to this terrible customer service.
