::Have a problem trying to change security code on the online access 24 so been trying to call and speak with someone in customer service keep been calling leaving messages for someone to call me back cause no one ever answer never got a call back nor will they answer the phone been calling for three days

::Ive been a member for 3 years.Very rude phone representatives. If they have go the extra mile to resolve a problem, you can hear the frustration in their voices.I had the app to lock my card but the app stop recognizing my password. Customer service was not able to help. I was never able to use it again. It took to years for online banking to actually accept my password. No free atm withdrawals or open Saturdays.This inconveniences the people that have to work and cannot make it to the bank before close. Quality customer service goes along way.this credit has possibly lost a lot of clients due to this.

::I have had my acct with this credit union for 5 months now. My first complaint is the access 24 line is ALWAYS RINGING BUSY. I called two straight days and the line was busy. My second complaint is I cannot enroll online to focus. Which is the online banking. It asks me for my acct number social and address. so I type everything in and it constantly says my address is not valid! I finally called the credit union and told them I had been trying to call access 24 line and she proceeded to tell me they only have 6 lines so if a lot of people calling at one time then its going to ring busy, then I asked her could she tell me my acct balance over the phone and she said she cant give acct balances over the phone. She told me i can go to an atm to get my acct balance. They are very rude and attitudal and I will be closing my acct very soon. The only reason I switched from orion was because I thought it would be more convenient since I do work at Methodist but now I'm going to switch back over!
