  I'm trying to get loan for my sons funeral. I bank with them. No compassion for clients needs. No one called me to go over personal loan application. My payroll is direct deposited here. Still didn't qualify.

  This so-called “ credit union “ is a JOKE! To all African Americans do not join this credit union. You will not get the benefits that come with a credit union from this one. I’ve been a so called member for 10 years and have applied for auto refinancing, credit card consolidation loan, and mortgage and every time is NOT APPROVED when they can see on my bank statements I’ve been making on time payments on my cc for over 2 years, paying my car note on time never late for over a year and still no chance of approval also credit score is over 700 .... this place is bias! Take your money elsewhere I’m about to leave them because they only approve certain people I’m assuming smdh

  This bank is a fraud nothing but a fraud. They don’t tell you about ANY of the service charges they make you pay. Horrible everything. DO NOT BANK with these ppl it’s a SCAM. They take your money. My account is newer but the experiences I’ve had this last month. I have money in my account they put these pending charges on you and make you pay double while money is coming out of your account. FRAUDS save yourself and blood pressure and bank elsewhere.

  Worst location ever. The branch manager has no patience. The branch manager talk to you crazy and make ugly face expressions that makes you uncomfortable. I hate coming here. The crazy thing about it was, I only came once a month and this lady gave us a hard time ever time. She needs JESUS!!!!

  The Caucasian women teller by the name of Alexis, was very rude to us both visits we made to the Austin peah branch, my husband opened a new account and this being new to him needed information as far as online banking, when he would receive his cards, etc, but the women did not say anything, the words she did speak were very short and nasty even, she was not just rude she was very nasty like she had some sort of personal problem with us, I am glad I dont back here seeing what I seen with my husband's experience in just the first 2 days, I expected better customer service and we did not even get one single smile or even a thankyou and thats sad......
