  I have banked here since they opened and I would recommend FSNB and this branch to everyone. Every employee has always been very professional and exemplifies great customer service skills. Never seen any unprofessional conduct. Any banking issue has been taken care of in a timely manner. My bank for life.

  I had an issue with my account and when I came in to discuss the matter it was settled in a timely manner. The young lady who helped me was very enthusiastic about getting to the bottom of the matter. Give this place a chance to grow people

  Supervisors at this location black customer support skills and are very rude. I watch two supervisors gang up on a customer and threatened him and even follow him outside. This banking locations should be closed down until proper staffing can be provided.

  If you're thinking about banking here dont!!!! The two female supervisors have bad attitudes and DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Last time I came they misinformed me that I can't open multiple accounts. This month I had charges on my account that I went inside this location to clear up. The supervisors couldn't give me any valuable information and even had the audacity to threaten me. Both female supervisors should be fired for actin like this in front of customers

  Had A hard time trying to get them to answer and explain company policy and basic question about the bank and policies. Very low quality of professionalism in word and manners. One lady raised her voice when i inquired about what I was signing. They didnt explain nothing in detail leaving me to ask so many question, very unprofessional.
