  This French bakery is everything! One of the last remnants of the REAL Upper West Side, this cafe is cleverly tucked on a side entrance of 74th Street in the famous/infamous Ansonia building. I come here almost exclusively for the coconut croissant — although the almond is noteworthy. A perfect place for everything from coffee talk to a light lunch. Seating is tight so prepare for that — but off hours it can harken back to gay old París! Also great for a light bite, the salads are ample and the sandwiches (all served on a fresh baguette) are divine. I ordered my thanksgiving pies here one year to great acclaim.

  Best coffee in NYC!!! Strong and hot. Also the best apple turnover around. The staff is supper nice and the place is cute. I try to stop whenever I am in the area.

  I went physically to the address shown on Google and I could not find the bakery. Now, I looking for street view, I find it. It is really located on the side street. Address: 227 W 74th St, New York City, United States

  Coffee and cappuccino are average. The desserts are good and reasonably priced. It's small but there is usually space.
