Restroom = NO. Ok folks, this location isn't meant for you to relax and drink your Java for more than 20 min. It's a very small interior with limited seating. If you're going to grab-and-go, go here. If you don't care about socializing but getting your grub, go here. If you want top notch service, I'll let you know of another location. The coffee is good and the crew tries their best to accommodate the customers... It's just a tiny location. Recommendation: be very patient with the crew as the make your delights!

This Starbucks does not care about customer service. We ordered our drinks and tried using a Groupon gift card, but because they couldn’t recognize it they refused to take it. When we got our vanilla cold brew it was more milk than coffee. We asked to get it fixed and the “barista” told us that it has more coffee in it than what we thought. They really need to be educated on Starbucks policies.

Bit small and the employees were very quick to have loud, private conversations with each other out in the open. Overall drinks tasted like Starbucks but it seemed a bit unprofessional how everyone was acting.

There’s been a notable decline in service over the last month. The baristas clearly would prefer to be somewhere else - with the exception of an enthusiastic cashier in a Santa Hat, that appears to be the norm. Would have given four stars last month, but now... not even close.

Terrible Starbucks location - some of the worst service I’ve ever seen. The order was very simple and arrived very slowly. The servers were busier cracking jokes and talking amongst themselves. They wouldn’t split the order into two cups for my children (their drinks are too big), but they gave me an empty cup for me to split it myself. They said it was Starbucks policy, but I question this because every other Starbucks I have been to never had a problem splitting it into two cups for the kids. I would make a conscientious effort to avoid this specific location.
