  Food was good the waitress was rude and didn't want to be bothered. Was more interested in setting up and waiting on customers.

  Very rude barista. I was shocked. Other customers were shocked. Also, not very clean.

  Nice staff and lots of seating at this location: one large table for a group and lots of squishy benches. Perfect cold brew.

  Service at EVERY BRANCH has deteriorated. Baristas are too busy prepping new food offerings or dealing with mobile orders to focus on walk-in customers. At the same time, prices have gone up. Good thing for the company I am hooked on the higher caffeine levels in their coffee. I would otherwise cut up my gold card.
