  sorry. There tea is just horrible. There is no tea taste in it at all. I mean its tea spot right? So 🤷🏼‍♀️… Their fruit tea basically just taste like water with sugar and maybe a little bit sour flavor. And their milk tea is just milk water with sugar. I went there twice. Cuz I'd love to give it a second chance. But the second time I went there still disappoint. Service is like whatever. They act like they dont care about their job. They dont care about what they doing. They dont care about whether or not you going to make a purchase there. I never tried their dessert. Maybe its good. I always pass there whenever I go to downtown. But not gonna go there again.

  Fast service and tolerant staff. I tend to ask a lot of questions and to not decide very fast but the store clerk was super attentive and even recommended me the Panda Bubble Tea on the picture with an excellent attitude and answered all my questions willingly.

  Don't look for this place in street level; it's located in the Underground arcade - a place most people don't know about .

  It’s decent bubble tea. I thought the pearls were too chewy, but that’s just me.
