  We chose this hotel because of the pool and spa and proximity to an event. The pool and spa had been closed and required city approval. Sounds like code violations. 1st room, the toilet water would not stop running. The closet door would not shut. 2nd room, coffee maker didn't work, only decaf k-cups, drain stop to sink AND tub missing, fridge and microwave unplugged, Remote for TV didn't work either. For a nonsmoking room it smelled of tobacco . Smoking in rooms up and down the hall.

  We were having our RV repair and picked this hotel to stay at. The hotel is just reopening, so they are experiencing some issues. We let them know, and they were fixed immediately. The staff is phenomenal, and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable. Also the beds were very comfortable.

  This was a horrible experience .When we checked in with our reservation made months ago at the advertised check in time, we were told our room was not ready. After waiting the 30 minutes they told us, then 15 minutes more, I asked them what they would do to make it right since I was waiting so long. Manager Elizabeth then can down after an hour, told me she was cancelling my reservation and was extremely rude . I insisted they were not going to cancel my reservation but instead find me a room. I was then told my room wouldn't be ready for 3 more hours!? We were downgraded to a different room and promised a $20 discount .A discount I never received. The hotel was filthy. Guests were complaining of no electricity, plumbing issues, and we watched people come in and wait for clean rooms time and time again. Our key cards also did not work. It was state wrestling so there were no other hotels with rooms or I would have left. The only good thing here was the front desk clerk Felicia who was left by the manager to try and figure out this mess.

  Staff was friendly and room was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Breakfast was a disaster due to them being short-staffed. They were completely out of juices and had to hunt someone down to get more hot food out. Other than that, it was a good stay.

  The hotel is nice. It is a little older, but they have worked to update it. Our room was plenty big with a nice little sitting area, and had a microwave and mini fridge (great for saving of food costs). The pool was big and we'll kept. The breakfast had a lot to choose from: cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, toast, muffins, and few others. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.
