  The staff at this location were fantastic! Accommodating all of my needs and very polite while doing so. My girls were a little loud and unfortunately a guest didn’t like it . But not only did Sheri accommodate the unhappy guest by moving him rooms. She was still very pleasant to me when telling me about the complaints and understanding that I had a bunch of little girls in the room. Having roll away beds was an amazing addition to our experience. Not many hotels have them anymore ! I really appreciated that. Also when booking I had to call back and speak to Aubrey to ask a few questions and each time I called she was very polite and professional and super helpful. She told me I can call back after I made the booking and she would double check it and make sure it was booked for what I was looking for and needed. When I did call back she assured me everything was booked correctly. It was just really nice. I understand how frustrating and tedious customer service can be. These ladies did a wonderful job. Exceptional representation of your company 10/10 recommend

  *It was a great place to stay. I especially liked that the pool was super warm and hot tub available, and plenty of clean towels. * Service friendly and efficient. *Room was a slightly old but the bedding and bathroom were nice and apparently clean. Overall 5 stars but it's not a 5 star location. No place in the area is.. It's exactly what I needed as a solo business traveler and good for families also with the indoor pool. *As a solo female traveler i felt safe and secure. *I was in one of the first rooms at the beginning of a long hallway of rooms, but it was still pretty quiet. *Nice breakfast in a very attractive and super clean dining room. Coffee really good for a hotel. Fresh make your own pancakes. *Cute chairs in the lobby, which is small, but the breakfast area appeared open all day long to accommodate impromptu meetups. *There is lots of hotel competition in the immediate area. For the price, amenities, with the best western app point system, and having zero complaints I will stay at this airport location again and probably never try any of the other hotels when I travel here.

  This was the best hotel near the airport that we have ever stayed at. Rooms were clean, up to date and the staff was so friendly. Was impressed with his early they had the continental breakfast out. Was able to grab items to go before leaving at 4 am to head to airport. Will definitely stay again.

  This hotel seems a little old and rundown. The room gave me an overall since of age and stagnation. Routine maintenance and touch-up repairs were neglected. Interaction with staff was pleasant and the check-in process was smooth and fast. Overall issue is with ownership not employees. If you are looking for a clean quick layover hotel in Omaha, search elsewhere.

  We stayed here over the weekend and it was a great experience. The rooms were really clean and so was the commons area. Janet the breakfast attendant was so kind and helpful. She had the food hot and ready and fully stocked! Would highly recommend.
