::Dirty and in need of an update. Cleaning staff needs more help or needs to be fired, not sure which. Someone else's hair fell out of my bath towel before I was going to use it. Bathroom fixtures all look like they're going to fall out of the wall soon. Caulking job doesn't really affect me, but was weird enough to share. Everything was covered in a visible layer of dust. Floor didn't look vacuumed, had crumbs, hair and an actual bird feather. Only thing keeping this place afloat is the front desk is very nice, professional and helpful.

::Room was not clean when we arrived. Stated the jacuzzi tub was broken, asked us to come back in an hour and they'd have it fixed. We came back almost 2 hours later and they were frantically trying to clean the room. At 8pm we stood outside our room while someone inside vacuumed and stated they needed to mop. Staff was friendly so we waited only to get into the room and it was filthy. There was no bedding except for a sheet on the bed. Found an ant under the sheet. Spot of blood on the door. Stains all over the carpet. Worst hotel stay ever!!! Still waiting on refund. Avoid like the plague!

::The covers are very thin you cannot get comfortable, very nasty and not disinfected. There were stains all over the room on the curtains and on the bed. The walls are very thin you can hear everything through the walls. I also got BIT, I woke up with bites all over me and from one of the bites my arm is swollen. 0/10 donβt recommend

::Had to book a last minute room due to a delayed flight and lost luggage. Courtney was super cool and accommodating. With how awful my day was going, she made a positive impact - and I'll always remember that! Mr. Shuttle man was super kind as well.

::We had our flight delayed so much that we were going to miss all connecting flights. We had to rebook for the next day. We picked this hotel based on location. They had a "free" shuttle to and from the airport, which was very helpful. There was "free" breakfast, which was very good, with a waffle maker. The room was large and clean. There was no coffee pot with the coffee maker. The shuttle driver informed us that he was driving a, in his opinion, sub par van because the "good" van had been stolen.
