  Terrible customer service! I've walked in on multiple occasions and even sat down to wait and not one of the several employees helped me or said that someone would be with me soon. I'll usually wait about 10-15 mins before leaving. I own multiple pieces from Kay's but I will never return to this store. Save yourself the wasted time and drive to Ridgmar or Northeast mall...

  we ordered a ring and still havent got it after we've waited a month already and have made our first payment, were paying for something we dont even have yet. They have given us 2 dates already and each time we have came they just give us a new date and now they just say they will call us, next time just say that instead of giving us dates on when it will be here

  Poor service. Bought a bridal set and waited 2 1/2 weeks for sizing. When I called the day before it was promised, I was told it had come in the day before but sized wrong. They sent it back out but never bothered to call and let me know, the excuse being that she got busy. I spoke to someone in customer care and all I got was " I understand your frustration ". These people couldn't care less but why should they, they already have your money. I will NEVER do business with these people again. Buyer beware when dealing with Sherry at the store or Brian in customer care

  This location is ok. The customer service is ok depending in who you get. They usually have some good prices.

  I had a wonderful experience at the hulen kay jewelers. The manager, Tasha assisted me, and all of the associates working there seemed lovely. I came to this location after having a terrible experience at the Ridgmar location, and Tasha was very accommodating. She not only answered the questions and provided information to me about my purchase, she informed me of my options and helped me resolve the issue entirely. She really took her time even though it was minutes before closing time, in fact I think I was there a few minutes past 9. She did not rush me and made sure I understood and was satisfied with my purchase. I cannot thank her enough for turning what was a terrible experience, into a much better one.
