  I went to this branch to open an account with the $350 exclusive offer for advance customers. I showed the banker my CDL and proof of new address issued by DMV. He didn't accept and requested a recent monthly statement from my current bank to prove my current address. He was neither helpful nor pleasant. He never explained why a document issued by DMV was unacceptable.

  THEY HAVE A WRONG PHONE NUMBER IN GOOGLE. IF YOU CALL TO THE MAIN BRANCH IN SAN FRANCISCO AND ASK FOR THIS OAKLAND BRANCH PHONE NUMBER, THEY DO NOT KNOW IT EITHER VERY POOR QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THIS BANK.

  Just overall poor service. I was treated poorly and as if my business wasn't needed or wanted.

  This is the most stupid branch ever. When I first opened the account, they already have all my info. Why are they asking for more info after my accounts was opened for several years. Since I cannot make it to the branch to give them my info, they closed my account. This is most ridiculous branch. They driving customer away instead of keeping them.
