  We got there at 8:58 asked if they were still open. Got yes for 2mins , asked if we could order . Which he said yes, then was given a very cold should and felt very uncomfortable. The man making our subs said nothing even when I told him we traveled from south dakota and thanked him for making our sub. The long haired man just kept giving us dirty looks . We get out to.our truck subs are cold . We will never stop there again. Very unhappy and a simple we are closed would have been much nicer then the service we recieved.

  This was about to be my comfort meal after work last night and after my significant other being deployed yesterday….. I online ordered a chicken bacon ranch and it had no chicken. Two slices of ban on and some sauce was the sandwich I got.

  Davis and the firehouse team crushed my early dinner before work. Quick service and amazing tasting flavorful food. Got in and out quick, with plenty of time to make it to work!

  Really want to express my appreciation for Firehouse subs in Council Bluffs. Met the shift leader by the name of Kane. He really made us feel welcome. My salad was delicious and I’m shocked at how inexpensive they still are even in these trying financial times. Thanks y’all!

  Not just the ordinary sandwich shop... I haven't tried a sub I didn't like. My favorite is the Meatball Sub. Mac and cheese is a white cheddar that is " ooey gooey" goodness. The service is fast and there is always friendly faces. I also like the drink selection, they have Coke Freestyle.... The restrooms are always clean and so is the dining area. This is one of my favorite places to visit when we decide to go out for a meal.They had me at first sub.
