  Last month stopped in to a get a shake for my 6 year old. After waiting 10 minutes after placing the order we left with not shake. This was with multiple employees standing around and ignoring us. Called and the general manager did apologize and make it right. Went back in tonight for two shakes with no dine in orders ahead of us and the drive thru empty and it took 13 minutes for two shakes. I asked what the hold up was after 10 minutes and was told they had to get the chocolate shakes primed. We said we would take vanilla. When I told the manager thanks for not communicating with us she said they had other customers

  Had to wait 15 mins for dine in food cause all they care about is there drive thru numbers. No one acknowledged us when we walked in or when my wife did not get her dipping sauce 3 people looked at her and nothing no hi or how can I help you. This location is just terrible. Drink station was also filthy no one cleaned until we were about to leave and say something. Just nasty Council bluffs location. Don't not eat here. It was 7pm and a empty dinning room. Guess we see why now.

  Hit and miss as usual. Sometimes the food is fast, sometimes there are 6 cars sitting in the parking lot waiting for their food to come out for 10 minutes. The food is..McDonald's. never happy with it, but never expecting more.

  I pulled up to the window to pay. Teenager opened the window. Didn't say a word.. He did not tell me how much or verified what I ordered. Did not say thanks. I said thanks, and he barely said you are welcome. Worthless customer service. He is not worth $15 a hour.

  Quit letting your staff smoke that good ZaZa before they clock in. Order had disappeared twice off of their screen because they must’ve forgot they are working in food service. Props to the managers for running a fast food place AND a daycare at the same time. 25 minutes for 2 cold hydraulic pressed burgers. Props to the managers once again, putting in work, hire better teenagers ASAP.
