  Fast service and Diet Coke is a always great! A little dirty but someone was cleaning the lobby area, sort of updated inside with the kiosk ordering but the changing table was not clean

  Fast and hot but over priced. Almost $10 for a filet o fish meal. I got lucky and the cat in front of me paid❤️ otherwise I would’ve given 3 stars even though inflation is everywhere. It really ruins the experience. Nice staff. We were asked to pull ahead but it worth it because the fish was nice and hot

  We order our and was missing two sandwiches. Our fries were just thrown in the bag. My wife went in the let them know that we was missing sandwiches and an employee didn’t tell anyone about it. Management was very rude and act like they didn’t care about the guest. It could them three times to get our sandwiches made correctly. This is the second time in a week that we have had problems with the McDonald’s in lake manawa. We will have to go to an different location to get better service.

  The restaurant is too small because it has limited seating available. The restaurant lacks atmosphere. It lacks good lighting. I recommend to include better illumination. The restaurant lacks the McDonald's traditional atmosphere from my childhood. There where people inside the restaurant occupying seating space that were not eating or waiting for a meal. There was one person inside the restaurant who was sleeping. My sandwich and fries were cold. The sandwich was good, but cold. The nice thing about the restaurant was the automatic cashiers, which save time because customers can skip the line.

  8:53 pm, not a single car behind me, ordered just the number 5, and they made me pull forward? Why? Doesn’t make any sense when there’s literally nobody behind me. Girl at the drive thru didn’t speak. Handed me my drink and then said, pull forward, that’s it. Wth
